Your HVAC system is a machine, and like any machine, it needs to be clean to run properly. While duct cleaning handles the airways, HVAC coil and blower cleaning handles the heart and lungs of the unit. We are Mount Morris, MI’s mechanical cleaning specialists. We remove the impacted dirt and grime from your evaporator coils and blower wheels, restoring your system’s ability to cool and heat your home efficiently.
The evaporator coil is where the cooling happens. It is wet and tightly spaced, making it a magnet for dust. When dust builds up, it acts as an insulator, preventing the coil from absorbing heat. This leads to ac not cooling and can cause the coil to freeze over. We provide ac coil cleaning service, using specialized foam cleaners and combs to gently remove the debris without damaging the delicate aluminum fins.
The blower wheel pushes the air through your home. If the blades are coated in dust, the fan becomes heavy and unbalanced. This strains the motor, reduces airflow, and can lead to noisy operation or motor burnout. Our dirty hvac blower cleaning service removes this weight, allowing the fan to spin freely and move more air with less energy.
A clean system is an efficient system. By combining evaporator coil cleaning and duct service, you are essentially giving your HVAC system a tune-up. This lowers the amperage draw of the motor and compressor, directly resulting in lower monthly utility bills and a longer lifespan for your expensive equipment.
Don't let dirt destroy your air conditioner. Restore your system's efficiency and cooling power with professional mechanical cleaning.

"My AC guy told me my coils were packed with dog hair. JT's came out and cleaned them thoroughly. The airflow is so much stronger now."
"I didn't realize the blower wheel could get so dirty. They showed me the before and after—it was caked in mud. No wonder my fan was rattling."
"Professional service. They didn't try to sell me a new AC unit, just cleaned the one I had. Saved me a fortune."
Benjamin Pearson was the first settler in the area in 1833. In 1836, Frederick Walker was the first to settle within the future village site. A post office named Mount Morris was established on July 11, 1837, with Charles N. Beecher as the first postmaster. The name of the office was changed to Genesee on January 19, 1839, and back to Mount Morris on April 25, 1857. The name became Mount Morris Station on April 17, 1865, and finally reverted to Mount Morris on March 9, 1874. Development was spurred with the building of a line of the Pere Marquette Railway (now owned by Lake State Railway) in 1857. The settlement was first platted as Dover in 1862 and was incorporated as the village of Mount Morris in 1867. It reincorporated as a city in 1929.
